en_4792A_266_actually.wav has 2 examples of 3m from the workshop, on "actually" and "did" send around to our 1m-3m group "actually": there is a fall in the F0, but we'd expect the intrinsic highness of the /i/ to make it higher or flat. So, it seems perceptually like more of a fall, so an L-. A 3m would have no phrase accent--we hear one. "did": exhale at end of "did"--final /d/ is very strong, is a pitch-accented function word--some evidence of reset on "get", silence after final /d/, could be pause or closure for the /g/ of "get". seems like 3 with H- to us.
